This is my first foray into a GP100's internals. All the stuff you've ever heard about these being tough? It's true. Very, very true. They are built like freaking tanks! The cylinder stop and crane lockup with the frame are really impressive. If old Bill would have put a little Colt Python style hand polishing into the internals and some lighter springs I'd think these would have given the L frame S&W's a real run.
