Does anyone know anything about foreign currency ? I have approximately 450 foreign coins from several countries. Does anyone have any information about which countries coins might have silver or any other precious metals in them? The majority of these coins are from the 50’s 60’s and 70’s. Curious as to the possibility of any of them having any value beyond their face value or if they are of any interest to anyone.

I have a bunch too and took them to a coin shop. I was told they whole bunch was maybe $5 total.

I have a 100,000 deutsche mark note. It is worth about $10.

I have other paper money and a lot of coins that I picked up or friends brought me. Sad how little it is worth.

Yes you should take them in to check and make sure nothing made of silver, etc.
