Has the wrong markings. This is a K. Kale 1941 manufacture.

In reality it would be a 38/41 carbine...if they existed
You're lucky the turks didn't use it as a short sledge hammer, then tie a rope to it and drag it back to the village behind the ox cart. It's actually pretty nice though, would be cool if it was 6.5x55.
