This is the way we run energy off every day, usually 2-3 sessions of tongue hanging out is required. He has a ball that he sometimes chooses. I grab both the frisbee and ball and he chooses. Plus we have two small toys we toss around outside when we sit on the porch and/or the shop. Anywhere you go outside he carries one of the two toss toys and lays them at your feet all day long. I have been working all around my Diesel Truck last few days, either on a creeper or over the engine bay, step down or slide out and walla there is the toss toy!!
The toss toys are always around, I had read up years ago on dogs and frisbees and I waited 2 years to start the frisbee. As I learned it was not good on them till their growth plates were done and matured. The way they jump up so high, twist their spine and hips, it is better to let them get aged.

We finally got Bonnie fixed today due to some health issues, and she thinks she’s being badly mistreated by having to wear the cone.🤣
