Sent 2 knives in for warranty on 11/12/13 and they were returned today(11/22/13) 2 NEW knives.
1, I used for 2-3 years and cracked the handle and broke the tip off.
The other, my son used for about a year and the spring assist and lock broke.
A+ in my book.
