Thanks for the replys....its time for fresh carry ammo and saw the +p+ loads available . I knew glocks would be gtg with +p loads. Was mainly wondering about the safety of +p+ as i have no experience with them.

+P+ is all I carry in my G19. I don't shoot but maybe a mag per year of the carry loads though. For matches, practice and plinking it's a standard or +P NATO type FMJ load. For reference I got 1259 average out of Winchester RA9SXTP and the SD was a very low 10, and that's a full 15 round mag that was chrono'd. It is the most accurate load I've shot out of it, but I trust Gold Dots more than the Ranger T because I've yet to see a gel test on a 9mm Gold Dot that failed the FBI protocol. While I have yet to see the Ranger T pass one when shooting through denim. If they would only load a bonded bullet in that one. :(

Best bang for the buck is Federal 9BPLE. It's cheap and hot!

Gold dots are great. I plan to switch over to them soon. Currently run the PDX1's in my 9mm's and the ranger T in my 40. All +p and in glocks.
