Yep this is recalled ammo, what you should do is buy all that the retailer has, and the factory will reimberse you for it.
I am a certified disposal agent so you should bring me the ammo, while you wait for the factory to send you money back, and I will safely dispose of it, by shooting it.

wal mart on NW Expressway and Council typically has had a decent stock - earlier this week they had countless 9mm, tons of 45, at least 6 boxes of 380 wwb value pack..I don't think there was a caliber they didn't have they were so well stocked.

15th St at I-35 store HAD 14 boxes when I go lt there at 6:45 this morning, guess how many remained after I left :-)

The Manager also informed me that they will begin carrying guns again before long, probably by mid-Novemeber.
