That is only because Tom Coburn added an amendment to a big spending bill- if Obama had line item veto, he would have definitely used it. Don't give him credit for it, it was just an amendment on a bill he wanted passed. He has done far more negative things against guns then good. For example he blocked the return of our m1's from Korea. It's time for you to take off your rose colored glasses
