Goodbye old turkey fryer...

So, I use my turkey fryer more than some of you probably use your TV. From turkeys to chicken, from shrimp chips to pork rhinds, homebrew to birch beer.

Got a little bored and decided to buy a big burner.

Got it from northern brewer. Made for home brewing, but I think it will work for everything you would use an floor burner for. So far, the efficiency is awesome. Heat transfer per gas usage is way better than the old turkey fryer.

That looks great, that would heat so much faster & evenly than the old school ones. Where does a guy go to find that sort of thing.

I know its late, but I'm boiling some oil now for some pig flesh I dehydrated earlier in the month. Anyone say pork skins from scratch? Mmmmmmm!
