Absolutely! It's amazing how many just flat out forget to change the mag. It's not the RO's responsibility to inform the shooter to change mags, but if we know its a new shooter, they usually get a little low comment that they need to change mags. Once they get a few matches under their belt, they get a little ribbing from the peanut gallery.
