You have a builder? I know a good one. He has built several for us and has built a **** ton of them for people I recommended him to over the years. He also does spray foam. He is coming next week to build a 10’x 24’ wall for me, then foam it.

And Keith Crutchfield still is pouring floors, if you need a floor.
