One of my coworkers bought this today.
Greener GP12 shotgun- martini henry action. Century Arms import. It is NOT the police version with the full stock, but the sporting version. Full choke.
Serial number- 1959 manufacture I believe
But it has this number as well.
I'm leaning towards Singapore Police Force.
1. It fits they would use a Brit shotgun
2. 284 is a high rack number. It would need to be a large organization.
3. My hunches are using correct when it comes to gun stuff.
I could be wrong though. It could be

The Wiki page on the SPF just says "Federal Riot Gun" for their retired shotgun. I can't find any pics of old SPF guys with shotguns. Lots with revolvers though.
Anyone have any good sweet old school Singapore Police weapons knowledge?
