One wonders if the snowball effect is in operation and if so just how big it will grow. One wonders what would happen if 40 or so states told the government to pound sand when it comes to gun laws, if they refused to house those picked up by the feds in their states in local, county or state lockups 'till they could be transported to federal facilities. One wonders what would happen if the local LEO community refused to accompany the Feds with federal arrest warrants or better yet were waiting for them at the address on the warrant to tell the Feds to get lost and that they aren't picking up one of their state's citizens.

I think colorado tried this early on and of course it got killed. Wyoming, Oklahoma and Texas(shhh) are starting to look better.

What's more, Texas has several blue counties, and the capital of Texas, Austin, sits in a blue county that has supported other ant-bill of rights candidates.

Like Colorado, Texas has a large number of people who have moved there from California, and have little regard for Texas culture.

Dallas, Austin, an Houston sit in blue counties.

Wyoming doesn't have the industry that Oklahoma does. nor the I-35/I-40/I-44 thing going on.
