Another vote for looper. I have been wearing mine everyday for over a year and it's still holding strong. I also carry a glock owb.

Maxpedition LIGER....................yeap, sounds #$%, and not a huge fan of the hook, but it straight out works and outperforms most leather units - IMO for longevity and abuse.

Avoid 5.11 like the plague, fell apart in weeks. Custom units are nice, but still leather and have a nice wait if you are going for the big names.

The Looper belts rock, but a little FYI...get ready for holster creak.

When you wear a leather belt with a leather holster, you usually get a bunch of noise from the leather on leather rubbing together.

I wear Wilderness belts. The nylon of the belt keeps the leather holster from creaking.

This. Wilderness Tactical is the best belt I've ever owned aside from possibly my Looper Kydex/leather belt.

If you have a horse-hide or rough holster, sometimes the creak isn't that bad, but if it's any sort of shiny leather holster, GED is right on the money with the creak.

Looper Blemish that I got from UMB. Carries a 1911 owb fine. I like the creak of the leather on leather.

I have a Looper. And I LOVE it. Now it's my first great belt so I'm biased. But I have have for 6 months now and don't regret it one bit.
