Sounds like not all judges take their own personal safety/security seriously. Don’t mean to be critical, just an observation. Any one remember the old Al Pacino movie,”And Justice For All”? The judge in that courtroom was a character, he was a Korean War veteran who toted a 1911 .45 in a brown leather shoulder holster everywhere, every day. He piloted a small helicopter out over the Pacific Ocean in his spare time, until he reached the point of no return on fuel. Then flew just a little further.
