I heard rumors of this on another site, it was being said the big "Sagia scare", (apparently another rumor) was a distraction to provide cover. Regardless of what one thinks or believes it's some strange stuff.

At the very least, the gun dealers are dumbasses for doing anything that the ATF 'told' them to do without some paperwork and the involvement of a lawyer.

Claiming that the BATF told you to do something illegal or questionable is worthless without proof.
