I remember hearing about this case before he was convicted and sentenced to 7 years for possession of legally owned and locked up firearms. Now he's fighting for the right to see his own son.

There's a lesson here. Don't live in a state that doesn't recognize you constitutional rights, if you want to exercise your constitutional rights. I would never set foot inside the PRNJ.
