Gun owner most likely saves 2 lives by shooting dog

I saw this in the Tulsa World this afternoon.

A good Samaritan heard the attack, got his gun and helped save 2 lives. The man even informed the dog's owner before putting it down.

I think this article should be shared with some of our Tulsa city counselors as one of the many reasons conceal and carry permit holders should not be infringed upon.

i heard that the two ladies were in serious condition. so i am thinking if he did not help it would of been worse, maybe way worse.
