Seems like a more constructive way to write the article would have been to post the serial numbers. Pile of Glocks and a pile of AR15s. No, that's not too generic a description. They might have well said a pile of black guns.

You sure about that? Maybe knowingly possessing a stolen gun is but surely not if you were unaware that the gun is stolen. Just say for instance someone buys a gun off the OSA classifieds and later finds out it's stolen, are they now a felon?
