I really like the Springfields over the Wilsons. Didn't think that would be possible after hearing so much great things about em, but I shot both and the Wilson's just didn't get my attention that much.

I'm looking for my first 1911. I've been eyeing the Wilson CQB, but changed my mind after I shot the Wilson's, Kimbers, Springfield, Para's and Sig at H&H. The Springfield TRP was the best IMO.

Well, I went, but of course the stuff I needed wasn't on sale (powder, primers, bullets). The salesman chuckled when I asked if I could get a deal on a lb of Varget, 3 bricks of CCI primers and a few hundred spitzer BT's and Gold Dots......oil well, whaddya gonna do?
