This reminds me of the dams that the state of California was not taking care of. When the dams were getting ready to burst or rupture or maybe they did. They then needed the federal government to bail them out to fix the dams that they had been neglecting. Instead of fixing infrastructure they spent their money bribing people with social benefits.

This is the same example that I see coming around. They are going to declare an emergency. They’re going to end up asking the federal government for billions of dollars if not trillions for this electrical infrastructure that they’re not willing to pay for.
