HB1936 lowering handgun license fee

I wouldn't mind seeing the license fee drop, but not sure what to make of the administrative fine for obtaining an out of state license.

So according to this bill, my Utah carry license would result in a fine? Didn't see where it grandfathered anyone for prior possession.

Just read the text and saw no update for 2016? Also Sec 4 H states it's ok for an OK resident to obtain a non-resident from another state, no mention of a 'fine'.

Okay to obtain a non-resident license but with reduced fees no need to. Current version in not final and will be amended. Therefore fee amount is yet to be determined. OK2A believes it will be around $75 in the beginning and stair step down to $25-40 with $15 renewals likely.

2. The bill was amended after its introduction to address several issues the original had. In part, the following was added:

H. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to prohibit an
Oklahoma resident from obtaining or possessing a nonresident weapons
or handgun license issued by another state.
