Not sure, but it does sound familiar.

I don't have a piano, but afaik the guitar was pretty faithful to it. I played it for my mom and she just hummed the bit at the end for me, she said the rest sounds right.

I listened to Danse Macabre too & I didn't hear the tune he is strumming but it might be worth a listen LC.
