I'm not in Tulsa but I handed mine in at chiefs office (no prints), then had to explain to everyone what it was. About a month later had it in hand. And yes it has paid for its self time and time again. Just saved $100 at Grafs today. Also when you get the C&R license DO NOT SIGN THE ORIGINAL, MAKE COPIES AND SIGN THEM.

For my C&R I took my form to the Sheriffs office and they eventually figured out what needed to be done. Had to get prints for mine. Took about 4 weeks for me as well, that was about 18 months ago.

I don't know if the application changed, but when I filled mine out early last year I didn't have to get finger prints or go to the sheriffs office. All the application said was to send them a notification that I was getting it. I mailed my C&R license straight in and sent notification letter on same day.

Did the application require prints in the past? have a requirement to take it to the Sheriffs office?

Same for me. No fingerprints and I just mailed a form to the sheriff.
