help with IDing rifles ?

I recently came up with 2 milsurp rifles, Both have been sporterized and scoped, I would like to find out more about them and since I have never been into milsurp rifles I was hoping you guys could help me out ? I am pretty sure one is a 7mm Mauser since it came with 3 boxes of 7mm mauser ammo, The other one has the barrel stamped with 6.5 X 257R ? I can't get pics to upload, keeps saying it's to large ?? I'll bet rifle #2 is likely an Arisaka rechambered in 6.5 X 257 Roberts.

One is a Spanish made 7mm mauser, Still not sure about the other, is 6.5 X .257R the same as a .257 Roberts?

After seeing your photos the 7mm rifle is an M1936 Mexican short rifle. Based on the photos, I can't quite tell what the .257 Roberts rifle originally was.
