That's great, Lurker. I'm the one with the sweet tooth around here, but GC's the one with blood sugar problems ... go figure ...
I went with him to some kind of class after he was diagnosed. They had everyone there fill out a "test" to see what your risk level was. I scored higher on it than anybody else there, even the diabetics ...
. GC was kinda mad at me ... 
Steva does not cause a sugar spike and a glass of this chocolate milk will help fight the sweet tooth. I drank a glass after dinner with two sugar free cookies and did not have any cravings plus my sugar stayed below 150.
