Back when our Airline drive-in theater was open in High School, they had buck night on Fridays. Everybody in the vehicle got in for a buck, so we would pack everyone we could inside and stash a few more in the trunk.

Not that it is even in this same state, but in Colorado, if I remember right, but there was a motel right next to a drive in theater, and all the rooms faced the theater. They even piped in the sound from the theater if one wanted to sit in their room and watch it through the big window.
