We put it in our backyard. But then we also have dogs that would alert to a rustling leaf, too, so there IS that. Sorry, no puppy dogs available at this time. I'm kinda attached to these two..

And Scott says 6 gallons. And it will run for approximately 10 hours at roughly 50% load.
