yeah that is a bit high but your not having to deal with loans or credit checks and all that BS. your basically doing a contract of deed thing.

I'd much rather deal with the loans and credit checks then pay the 9% interest rate they are charging. Not a real good deal.

8 acres close to an Interstate and a town isn't an ideal bugout location. And it ain't much of a deal.

There are lots of places around the state you can get 8 acres to thousands of acres for less than 1/4 of that per acre.
