12 killed in colorado shooting yet he's charged with 24 counts of murder? Talk about a mistrial comming, or are the prosecutors just too stupid to practice law in colorado.

The shooter is 24 yrs old.. I'm thinking someone got their numbers mixed up. Last I heard, a shooting victim miscarried her baby over the weekend and that raised the total count to 13.

How does that count as murder?

The prosecutor said the trauma of bullet wounds to the mother contributed to the death of the baby. Happens in a lot of cases.

Like when a drunk driver hits and kills a pregnant woman.. he can be charged with 2 counts.
