How do you like your eggs?

Straight from underneath one of my hens, into a butter pan, over medium. Oh and a side of applewood bacon and wheat toast.

How do I like my eggs? As far the frack away from me as possible. I'm horribly allergic to eggs and I can only handle the smallest amounts when used to cook something else (i.e. an egg in a cake is okay, if I don't eat half the cake in one sitting...).

My allergy has gotten to be "awesome" enough that the smell of cooking eggs induces light nausea and occasionally I feel like I want to toss chunks. Pavlov owns me.

Over easy with salt n pepper or mixed in and fried with diced potatos, onions, peppers. Yummy!

Poached, pull out the yolk and eat the whites with a little bit of salt or in a big huge omelet with green, red bell peppers, jalapenos, onions, all grilled and then added.

Sucks man, my boy is allergic to eggs. Milk and peanuts too, we're hoping he at least grows our of the milk allergy.
