Failed to see any mention of the required environmental impact studies. That would almost assuredly double the count we now have.
No doubt a retroactive tariff on imports would be imposed, ICE documentation, Hazmat suits and respirators and documentation of how old bulbs will be disposed of. It make take several teams once all have been certified/licensed in lead abatement.
I think a committee needs to be formed and a consultant brought in. First year will be planning and initial cost estimates of 50 grand.

That's beyond the point. Side's have been chosen and (although the bulb will never be changed in favor of a candle until this is completely vetted, and by then a second generation of combatants will be in the fight) there will be blood. Ha!
