+1... Politicians are continuing to legislate according to their own opinions and views, instead of the whole view of the constituency. It's less about a constitution, more about reelection and popular opinion. All the same, the constituency rarely interacts with the elected spitwads until something huge happens... All too often, the people wish and hope that these officials will do right, not by a constitution, but by the opinions they rarely hear about.
