Not quite that famous!
It's the Dent Bridge outside of Orofino, ID that crosses a portion of Dworshak Reservoir/North Fork Clearwater River. It's very odd to happen upon this huge bridge in the middle of nowhere on a little 2 lane road.

Looks like sea water and foam. But the colors seem to brilliant for that.
Correct. I did enhance the colors artificially.

It also kinda looks like snow on the ground over a mountain area.
Never the two shots the same. Like fingerprints.
