If you’ve got the coin and aren’t skeered, higher than heck (H&H) has them for about $11 per hundred.
If you havent already since you didnt mention but i would get some reloading manuals so you will have your data that will list all your powder for the bullet weight and caliber listed. It makes it easy when searching for powder cause you can see all that is recommended and will show how much and what each powder will do.
yeah what rickm said. Get several. The Hornady one alone is pretty biased.
I haven't seen anyone ask yet, so what is the twist rate on your .223 and .308?
I ask because there are several good powders that work well in both cartridges, but lighter bullets vs heavier bullets will see preferences in burn rates if you're looking to get decent velocities.

IF you go with a Hodgdon manufactured powder for your standard loads, they're website reloading data is an awesome quick reference tool. Bass Pro is hit and miss but last time I was there they had federal small pistol match primers going for 75/1000, its still high but you avoid hazmat and shipping. I love CFE pistol for my super secret spy 9mm quiet loads and have had good results with CFE 223 in my 308 mauser for standard 175 & 177 grain loads.

A couple of big name reloading manuals is a good idea. I've currently got the latest Lyman and Hornady books Also most powder manufacturers have reloading data on their websites available for free download. The Lee Modern reloading Manual is also a good reference.

It's not gouging. They are squeezing the components out of existence. It's the government. There are those who are supplied and ready and those of us (Of which I am one of these who are not) who are not. We've had forever to stock up but everyone wants to disbelieve this day would come.

CFE 223 is good. AutoComp works well/measures cleanly for me in 9mm. Limited load info on AutoComp is drawback i saw but I like it. Tactical Rifle may be a less expensive and still very good choice for 223/308. Get a Hodgen booklet and any others you may see. Download some PDF data from this site.
