The OKAG opinion covers the "county building" discussion.

I guess I am missing something here... Isn't the discussion about a privately owned business?

It is, therefore, the official Opinion of the Attorney General that:
Boards of public libraries may ban patrons from bringing concealed weapons into libraries.

Already knew that since it is a county owned building dealing with the public.

+1,these signs are usually some corporate policy,not the views of our local friends who work there.By boycotting you are merely risking putting more of your neighbors out of work during hard times. :angry3: Steve
I agree with the doc. Unfortunately there are always collateral casualties :uberblast in every war, no matter how hard we try. I know I'll get :explode: flamed, but that's ok too. I'm sure I got it for wishing Teddy well before that thread bit the big one.
