I get nervous about an alien abduction anytime I'm in the panhandle of Texas, on highway 87 northwest Dalhart at night...if you have been there, you know what I'm talking about...
The most interesting UFO sightings in the history of Oklahoma occurred on 2 Aug 1965 and a friend of mine witnessed it. This is one of the best UFO pictures ever taken and a Tulsa paper boy took it.

Had a neighbor years back who was a weapons officer in the USAF during the 70's and stationed at the missle sites in North Dakota, Minot, I believe. He never saw anything but on occassion they would lose total power in the silo, bunker, etc., and he said even his pocket calculator lost power.
Dalhart, TX makes me nervous. Those folks just aint right. Maybe they are aliens.
