I have a kitchen sink that is plugged up and needs help, I do not pretend to be a plumber so it is probably a fairly easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing. I am a professional chef who owns a bakery and pizza restaurant and would be willing to trade incredible cakes, pizzas, or pay cash. Please give me a call on my cell if you can help 405-819-7671 Charles. Thanks!

At home or work? I lived in a house that had a problem with roots blocking the sewer line, unfortunately it was across the street, I had to have it cleaned out about once a year. The first sign of a clog was that you would get a burp when you flushed the toilet. What I'm saying, is that it may not be clogged in at the sink.
I put rock salt in the toilet tank and that seemed to help.
The same house used to get kind of sluggish at the washing machine too. I would pour a gallon or two of the cheapest chlorine bleach I could find down the drain and let it sit overnight, then run about 1/2 a tub of hot water through it the next day. It seemed to work.

you need to call a plumber...

inside drains runs into the main sewer pipe. so the clog can be in the main line and/or just the feeder line(s).

if sink is the only line plugged up and rest of plumbing is running fine.
then odds are only feeder line is plugged.

look on roof directly above plugged sink... you should see the clean out pipe sticking above roof line. there may be multiple cleanouts.

a plumber will run a medium sized sewer snake down the cleanout into the main line. this will usually fix clog problems.

if main line is backing up... main cleanout usually outside will require a full size sewer machine with 3/4in rooter cables. this will cut roots ... a proper cleanout will cut all roots to city's main sewer line.
