I am such a tight wad.. I do not think I will ever do an LS swap or ever own one.
My classic car bug is actually cheap.
I paid 1500 for the car and if I count what I actually spent out of pocket on this car I have $3,600 in it I think a couple hundred will put it back on the road.

Yes the first picture is funny.. the second not so funny ,, but informative.
Ok going out to pull the cherry picker around and pull this thing out and tear it down, I do not think I will bother putting it on an engine stand.
Not much left of it.

One of my best friends had a 57 that looked almost identical to your 57. It was his first car and he got it around 1970. I sent him this picture and he went nuts! Thanks for the picture but I'm sorry about your engine.

I am using the 350 from my 47 dodge truck ,, should be in and running today.. it makes 76HP more at the wheels than the 57 engine.

Then I will probably do what I have been wanting to do.
Build a BBC from some parts I have and stick it in my truck.
Fenderwell headers Tunnel-ram.. Old crower circle track solid lifter cam ground on a 105LSA.
