Had a guy come in to the ER face down on a gurney, with a plunger sticking up out of it one time. I seriously had to collect myself for a moment, to keep from laughing out loud. Had another guy, pre viagra days, that put Christmas beads up his urethra in an attempt to provide a little rigidity. The things prisoners would stick up there, to get a bit of time out of jail, defied belief.
