I think you can remove the import mark as long as it doesnt contain the serial number. Which it doesnt. Nice pistol by the way.
I picked up a Sig Sauer p6/225 today. I think I am in love with Sig pistols now. Only complaint with this one is the "C.A.I. GEORGIA VT." Can you legally remove that import mark? I also wish it held more than 8 rounds too; but I guess that is a reason to get a Sig Sauer 226 now. Anyways, now for some info: Previous owner said it was reworked by Mike at Accurate Iron and then cerakoted.
I love this gun. It fits my hand perfectly. Only plans I have for it now are to get some new grips and some night sights probably.

The hammer, it doesn't look right... is it like some sort of after market hammer?
That anyways, you have one of the finest pistols on the face of the Earth for sure!
I'm a Sig fanatic! As soon as I come up with the money I'm owed, I'm getting a P239. I think after that it'll be either a P225/P6 or their P224. Might save up the money, once I get a job, and get the almighty P210!
