If a mp pro and 9l (both 5 in) were same price...and I planned on getting different sights and trigger work even if I got the pro...is there any reason why I should get the one or the other?
I'd go with the Pro, then, just for resale reasons. If the 9L was any cheaper at all, get the L.
Plus if you don't like whatever sights you go with you can revert to the factory Novaks on the Pro, which aren't bad.
