No such thing, it's a ND, negligent discharge.

Winner winner, chicken dinner. In my experience it's been operator error %99 of the time. The only ADs I've ever seen were due to mechanical failure.

I carry at the Dr's office. I dont carry at the hospital, not due to the funny signs on the door its because you cant hide much in those cool looking gowns they make ya wear.

I dont by the dropping and it went off, I do understand if he tried to catch the gun. Its hard to do but, you just have to let them go, think of it as trying to catch a kinfe.
