Im mildly certain its a school but thats all I got. I would go down a rabbit hole and street view all the schools in town

meh, looked around for red curbs that terminate with a yellow crosswalk, next to a flat roof building. found several but not that building.

how old is the photo?

It was taken this month.

I searched for schools & jails, but nothing similar came up. This may be a back view, though.

I also looked at all the larger buildings that looked like it would have a large flow of people and found nothing even went to the small surrounding towns and looked nothing.

I wish that I would have seen this early yesterday. We worked the Whitesboro area with the road surveys yesterday and early today, but we didn't really do much in the way of city streets, so it isn't likely that I saw it at any time.
