One not on that list, in several of those districts in the Philadelphia region Republican poll watchers were kicked out by the Dems and had to get a court order to get back in. The ballot boxes were not watched by Republicans for several hours because of it.

A link to the stats? Not that i dont believe you i just want to read them and research myself.
I find it hard to believe if these numbers were actually true that foxnews wouldnt be all over them along with congress. There is measures in place that can still remove him from office or create a special election. Not to mention anything he does while in second term would immediately be deemed null.
