The talking heads didn't elaborate. They were pretty dismissive of the reports.

I have doubts that the U.S. would openly deliver directly to IS in U.S. helos. I do not doubt that we've facilitated or encouraged IS support, particularly via Turkey. There's just too much mounting evidence to believe otherwise. We may eventually turn on them, but we want Assad gone far worse than we want to destroy IS. What we're doing over there is shameful and repugnant.
