I know you guys are too young to remember this, but in January 2001 we inagurated a president who actually lost the popular vote by half a million votes. He treated it like a mandate. Ancient history. No big deal. I'm just an old fool and nobody listens to me.

I seen Harry also said that it is time to work together today. This is all of about 3 days after he said Democrats would not work with Mitt Romney. I wonder what changed? lol

I'd argue more that it's Congress's doing more than Bush or Obama. And I would place the blame on Congress from 2006 to present. It's a bipartisan effort.

But being forced to assign blame to BII or BO? I'd peg it mostly on BO.
