What kind of shotgun ammo is required/allowed?
I watched a little bit more of the video and it is a good technique but there are several things that Kurt Miller aka Mr. Weakhand teaches differently and it just so happens that he is faster than everybody else.
You guys are welcome to borrow my shotgun shell caddies if you like. It will definately make it more fun for you if you get to shoot more rounds.

What do most guys that shoot ipsc limited do? Load 40s&w minor?
6-8 shot size.... 50 rounds will get you through the shotgun stages one time. So if you plan on running more than that I would bring more.
100 rnds will be plenty for pistol.
How are the bays and whats the cost Josh? You doing the DC discount for first timers?
The bays are sticky, but i put out wood chips today.

I just shoot my major load... That way everything still feels the same. I just wished my stupid gun would slide lock. I can't count to 10 that fast!
