Yes, it was yellowish. I don't know how much was paint and how much was stripper. Who knows what color the control was beforehand.

They shouldn't be just for veterans. Unless of course it was only veterans that paid taxes. Since taxpayers money pays for government jobs then all taxpayers should have an opportunity to apply and be considered for those positions.
