I really hope the ATF takes it in the shorts on this one . . . . their C&D letter to JSD Supply and apparently another company is ridiculous.

How stupid is this take from the ATF?

The ATF claimed that by selling these parts, the company was selling unserialized firearms by “structuring” the purchases. JSD Supply did not sell complete kits, but the Bureau said if someone bought an 80% frame and then bought another part from the company in the future that the company would be guilty of selling guns without a federal firearms license (FFL).

I really despise the way the leftists have weaponized federal law enforcement. And keep in mind, it's not just against gun owners. This affects everyone whether they know it, or care, or not.

What I despise even more is the way the senior leadership bureaucrats in these agencies have completely forgotten who they serve and under what law they're supposed to follow.

And I agree...it's not stupid. Everything they do is calculated to circumvent the legislative branch.

I'm starting to get on board the "defund" movement...specifically for the ATF and FBI...until they get their houses in order and under control. I never thought I'd see US federal law enforcement so corrupt.

The people in power weaponize the government, it’s not simply the left or the right. I think that’s the most damaging part of modern politics, simply dividing us into two easily manipulated groups.
